The Scout Score is how we identify the most relevant real estate service providers for your needs based on the information available about that service provider (primarily the previous transactions they’ve worked on). We create the rating using a mathematical model that considers both public and private information, in addition to the information we collect from other sources such as customer reviews.
Simply put, the Scout Score shows you the most experienced service provider based on your specific needs.
We do our best to clean all contacts and verify all emails. In the event that we can acquire phone numbers, we check whether they are landlines or mobile numbers, though we do not scrub them against any Do Not Call lists.
No! Your leads are yours and are exclusive! And we never give the same lead to more than one agent or brokerage. While we cannot control whether a buyer or seller fills out lead forms on other sites, we can ensure that when you claim your leads, they're yours and yours alone.

Everyone has their own style and method, but we suggest a a few different ways to nurture these leads.
Once you have started generating leads, based on a specific campaign, we can make some recommendations for you.
Pricing starts as low as $25, but we suggest allocating $350/Mo. to your campaigns.
We charge an upfront fee of $250 - $300 per set of emails (around 350-400) and share a 25% referral fee on all succesfully closed deals.
We do our best to ensure that our data is accurate and up to date, however sometimes things can go wrong. We stand by all of our lists and guarantee a deliverability rate of 95%+ via email.
While we do not issue any refunds unless a list cannot be produced, in the event that you are unhappy with the list purchased, we will work to fix any shortcomings.
That's up to you! We identify owners that are likely to engage, using a variety of different criteria. Within that criteria, we do not order the addresses in any particular way.
