Client Service Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work hand-in-hand with members of the community to help them achieve success within the AGENT 1 ecosystem; Maintain and develop relationships with agents nationwide; Work to achieve monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual success metrics are met; Work alongside our tech and sales, marketing, and data teams to provide feedback to improve our existing and future products and services; Maintain and monitor records in our CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable client service or real estate experience; Ability to communicate via telephone, Facebook, and email; Deep understanding of CRM and CRM automation processes; An understanding of the residential real estate industry is required.

Sales Development Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify and nurture new AGENT 1 leads, as well as buyer and seller leads; Develop new business through social and phone; Maintain and build relationships with existing clients by offering new products and services; Work to ensure sales targets are achieved; Coordinate with our Client Service team to ensure smooth onboarding practices.

Engineering & Database Architect
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, scale, and administer our MySQL database environment; Help teach and encourage smart database practices; Improve automation of our various database systems to help enable self-service (when it makes sense); Improve automated backup and restore systems; Recommend schema improvements, and help adjust queries to better match existing indexes; Suggest new indexes, when appropriate; Improve alerting - if it alerts and isn’t actionable, it’s not an alert! If something goes wrong and we don’t get alerted, we need a new alert!
Experiment and recommend new database engine upgrades and entirely new data stores(when they make sense)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud environment; Minimum of 5 years architecting, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise data analytics solutions (Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Marts, etc); Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments; Nice-to-have developer technologies - Python experience, HTML, Google Cloud. AWS; Nice-to-have database technologies: MySQL, Github NoSQL
Masters degree or equivalent (minimum 2 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 4 years work experience.

Data and Engineering Internships
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly alongside our data and engineering teams to assist with building new and innovative tools that generate new leads, analyze market data, and improve the quality of real estate transactions. Daily activities include: assisting to write code to acquire new data sets from various sources; visualization and exploration of existing data sets to recognize trends; Assisting to build new innovative visualization tools and dashboards, and working with Machine Learning solutions to enhance our current processes and analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should be detail-oriented and highly driven with excellent communication skills. Competency in Python, C#, or SQL, is required. For front-end work, HTML and CSS are required.
